These Fair Trade Animals are handmade by skilled craftsmen in India. The animals are crafted over a wire frame that is covered in rice grass and papier mache to provide the body contours of the animals.It is then sun-dried before sheep and goats leather, a by-product of the food industry, is then stretched over the base. The animals are then hand painted and polished to form these stunning and durable life-like animals.
