Retail Enquiries
Private customers can order through the website. Tilnar Art’s main focus is to support our High Street retailers who sell our fantastic Fair Trade Products. We hope you can buy our stunning products in your local retailer, which will always have the best price, as we charge £3.95 UK delivery per private retail order. If you are not based in the UK, or you really can’t find what you want in your local shop or garden centre, you may order items in individual quantities through the website as each purchase helps us support our Fair Trade producers.
Trade Enquiries
If you are a trade customer, please register and create a new account or login to your existing account. New trade customers will be contacted to confirm their business status and will then be upgraded to "Trade". Once upgraded you will then be able to see our wholesale prices and order our stunning products through the website. Alternatively call us on +44 (0) 1277 297259. and talk to one of our sales advisers.
Minimum Wholesale Order
Our minimum Trade order is £100 + VAT.
Northern Ireland Agreement
The parties hereby declare that the end user of the product in the contract (order) is located in North Ireland. Both parties agree to comply with all legal requirements and regulations governing the sale and use of the product/service in North Ireland.
Trade Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for all UK Mainland Trade Orders up to £300 is £9.95 and FREE for orders over £300. Shipping costs outside the UK mainland will vary depending on where you are in the World. Generally we use reputable courier companies for all our deliveries and will always try to get the best possible price for you.
Returns
In the unlikely event that any item(s) are defective or damaged please notify us within 5 working days and we will arrange a credit or a replacement to be sent. Please check our Terms & Conditions for more detail.
